Elway has stuck with Red Scare for a few years and now they reward fans with their best album yet. The prevailing theme of these songs is, "... The Candide/Quixote Dilemma. As in, are we naïve for being optimistic?" notes the group. The indie-punk quartet recorded a bunch of songs out in their home state of Colorado and they whittled it down to the best 11 tracks for the LP. All bangers!
